We offer free ground shipping within the U.S. and Puerto Rico on all orders. Goods will be shipped using USPS Ground. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Viana does not ship orders to post office boxes. However, we accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.

Return Policy

We guarantee the quality of our merchandise and our service, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If in the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with our product or service, we offer complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return. 

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
